Make a Referral:

All patients of the Angell Dermatology Service are seen by appointment only. If you are a veterinarian referring a client and patient to the Angell Dermatology Service, please have your client call the Angell Dermatology Service’s direct phone line at 617-524-5733 to schedule an appointment with our Dermatology Secretary. To enable us to best serve your client and your patient, please fax a copy of the patient’s medical records along with the Angell Dermatology Service Referral Form to the Angell Dermatology Service at 617-989-1613 at least 24 hours prior to the patient’s appointment. A visit summary will be faxed to your clinic within 24-48 hours of your patient’s appointment.
